If, within this period, you decide the vehicle isn’t quite right, you can initiate a return or exchange, allowing for up to two exchanges in total. We cover vehicles driven up to 400 miles during this period, offering flexibility and peace of mind. Please note that any mileage beyond this limit incurs a nominal fee. Vehicles cannot be returned if they have been involved in accidents, modified, or encumbered. If you choose to keep the vehicle, we will proceed with the registration process if it hasn’t been completed already. In the event of a return, any refundable fees will be processed within 10-15 business days. Additionally, every vehicle comes with a free limited warranty lasting 100 days or 4,189 miles, whichever comes first.
