Rare 1962 Oldsmobile F-85 Cutlass convertible
Refinished in it’s original color of Garnet Red, this 1962 Oldsmobile F-85 Cutlass convertible is mostly original with 32329 miles showing. The original two tone vinyl interior is in very nice condition. The white convertible top in new and the top cylinders and pump have have been rebuilt. The all aluminum 215 Cu In V8 engine runs smoothly and is very reliable. The 3 speed automatic transmission has been reconditioned. Shifting is by dash mounted lever action. This car features power steering for the easy driving and it is equipped with power windows, an unusual item for a compact car. This F-85 has been well sorted out and is a great car to drive to long distance events. In the resent few years the following items have been tended to and are new: water pump, radiator, shocks, master brake cylinder, wheel cylinders, brake shoes, fuel pump, battery, convertible top, top pump and cylinders. The gas tank has also been resealed.
